Your Voice Your Choice, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

Offers advocacy services for adults (aged 18 or over), with learning difficulties, mental health needs, personality disorder or sensory impairment, who live in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire.  Also provides help and advocacy with NHS complaints for any adults at any stage of the complaint process (previously provided through the Independent Complaints and Advocacy Service, at the Carers Federation, Nottingham).

Disabled People's Advocacy - Nottinghamshire

A user-led organisation of adults with physical and/or sensory impairment aged between 18 and 65, living in the City of Nottingham and surrounding areas (including the boroughs of Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe).  Offers free, one-to-one advocacy and promotes self advocacy (speaking up for oneself) to increase disabled people's access to information, services, choices, rights and to increase independence.   Operates a confidential phone line, and meetings are arranged at the convenience of the person requiring support, and a time and place to suit them.
