One simple checklist helping people aged 60 and over to stay safe and independent in their own homes.

It saves people contacting lots of different organisations (e.g. Fire Service, Pension Service, Crime Reduction) to find out what they offer – the services come to you!

Kingsway Community Project

There are two support days for 50+ and these offer staff and volunteer supported sessions on a Monday and Thursday. The days run from 11am to 1.30 and cost £3.70 per day which includes a meal.

Each Wednesday morning there is an over 50s movement to music session. Because of the popularity of these sessions there is currently a waiting list.
